The maxi that goes all the way up the front and back is just what I needed to get a good night's sleep without having to worry about having to wash sheets in the morning! I use the underwear in combo with a cup and an overnight pad, so I can't speak to the absorbency - I'm really just using them for a little extra leak protection where a pad won't reach. This is probably by design, but I found the leg holes to be a bit tight. Other than that they fit well and seem to be well made.
I'm 5'4", 140 lbs, and these fit snugly, but I think that's a good thing so there's no room for leaks!”
