“I returned my items back in June and I am still waiting for the replacements. I contacted the returns department, sent all my receipts from the Australia post. Australia post identified they were delivered to the return address on the delivered item. Yet, I am still waiting for the goods to be replaced. I am now oversea without the items I have paid for, out of pocket for over 10 briefs. Not happy with the service it is very frustrating and has been very stressful to get answers. Continued back and forth emails. Still unresolved. Have bought from this company before and have been very happy with products in the past, but if something goes wrong, they appear to not take appropriate action. Disappointing.”
