“I bought a few of these for heavier flow days but my main concern was going through the night with one on. Turns out it can work overnight on a heavy flow day but only if I wear it right before going to bed and change it soon after waking up. I don't have an incredibly heavy flow either.
So now I just use them alongside tampons for heavy nights and on their own otherwise. They're comfy, don't feel too much like a diaper and the absorbency's pretty good, so I'm happy with them.”
