“Great for the last days of your period! Usually my first two days are the worst so I haven't tried this on those days (I doubt I would even reach the beach in this) but I used it on my third, fourth and last day on my last period and it performed quite well.
I also use it when I don't have a period and it's a really nice suit overall, quite elegant but not too serios, it has a sporty vibe.
The material seems a little bit water resistant, I didn't feel the shock of the cold water when I submerged, which is a nice plus!
