“Sizing is wrong. I ordered a size 8 which is my usual size but it is so small! About 2 sizes too small. The packaging also says xs but size 8 is typically a small. It is return for alternative sizes only and you pay for shipping, no refunds and they still want your card details which is requested on an information storage app. Sorry but nope. Customer service just want to argue when I asked for an alternative way to get my card details to them. Disappointing.”
“At first the undies are very comfortable, but all too soon the Modibodi details stuck inside the back of the undies starts to irritate, I think as it starts to loosen its hold on the undies. This gets progressively more irritating over time. I have previously reported this.”
