“I previously purchased the classic full briefs and they were so comfortable and absorbent. Purchased these and honestly, they’re probably the most uncomfortable undies I’ve ever worn. They chafed and rode up my bum and took them off after about 10 minutes. I was so keen for these but to think I’ve spent $75 on two pairs of unuseable knickers is incredibly disappointing, particularly given their returns policy doesn’t cover any purchases after the first time.”

Although they’re advertised as seam-free, the thick material at the back makes this claim pointless - I have no doubt they’d create the worst VPL I’ve ever had. The advertising feels quite misleading in that regard. I’m also really disappointed with the lack of return options after a first purchase. I came back as a loyal customer, expecting the same great quality and hoping for at least a store credit, but it turns out repeat customers aren’t eligible for any reasonable customer service. Given how comfortable my first few pairs were, this experience has been really frustrating and I’m annoyed I spent $75 for two pairs of undies I’ll never wear.”
