“I’ve been deliberating buying period panties for a long time as I have endometriosis and a very heavy flow. These are absolutely fantastic! On my heaviest days I do have to change them about half way through the day but even then I feel dry and comfortable. My main concern was if they will absorb clots, and although they don’t they absorb everything around them and you can wipe them away with not too much mess and no leakage. I’m really impressed and will definitely be buying more to cover all days and nights of my period. Because of the extra padding in these they run a little smaller than the lighter ones but a just a little snug compared to those with less absorbency.”
“Feels comforable. Even when I don‘t get up to change on a heavy flow night the next morning there are no stains. The fit seems to run a little bit large, but that didn‘t affect the function.
I‘m not familiar with the measurements that has to be fille din. Therefore I just chose the first one available to be able to place my review. In metric measures I’m 1,69m, 71kg.”

The day I need 1 thick night towel every 2 hours, I changed it only after 6h. So of course, the others days, I didn't need to change it during the day.
