“Fabric is different across batches. I hav bought at least 30-40 pairs of sensual high waist & the fabric is different with each purchase. Some cotton retains its stretch & firmness, other cotton stretches out so much that the undies start falling & constantly adjusting to keep them up. Sizing is also inconsistent. One batch is true to size & next batch is made slightly smaller or tighter. Very frustrating considering how expensive they are. Another thing I find annoying is being bombarded with sales emails or promotion/discount codes & not being able to use them because the sizes are sold out for weeks & months & voucher expires. Not good enough! Feels a little convenient in my opinion. Not overly satisfied overall & grateful that popularity in other brands is booming giving some alternatives to switch to. Please only use cotton that retains its elasticity! Soiled undies are like heavy bog catchers otherwise & very uncomfortable when they won’t stay up or don’t provide any support across the lower belly. In order for them to feel like you’re not wearing them (as you promote), the fabric does need to provide some sort of support ......which at the moment your undies do not. What you sold to people when you first started is not the same quality as you sell now. That’s a fact. Very poor quality. Wouldn’t purchase again. And to rate the overall fit (I actually can’t answer it because, you really need another category called ‘inconsistent’ because I can show u 3-4 different batches of size 22 & one lot is too small (& more like an 18-20), one batch is true to size (original batch when company launched) & another batch stretches out so big that they keep falling down due to cheap cotton used.”
“I really love these. Very comfy. Only thing I find is that the seam in the lace sometimes cuts in a bit. It doesn’t bother me too much. I will still buy more pairs. But it’s the difference between 4 and 5 stars.”
“This is my third pair of this design, and my 7th pair in total. I'm a total convert. So comfy and reliable, I love the freedom of period undies and will never go back!”
