I would usually mark 5 stars, but have marked down to a 4 star rating because I DO NOT love the new (cheap and nasty) plastic bag packaging! For a company that prides itself on sustainability, this is NOT it. It is a massive backwards step from the beautiful original paper packaging.”

“Purchased in Nov 2024. Requested an exchange as too big - despite having purchased exact same brief in the past. Therefore can only conclude that their sizing has changed - more generous. I sent the item with others from the same order. Emails back and forth with no resolution in sight. Extremely disappointing. Have been purchasing for years. This experience has made sure they will never receive an order from me again. Really really poor customer service. Can't talk to anyone because everything is transacted online. No empathy for my situation. I will never trust this company again. Gone from being my favourite underwear to never wanting to see or hear of them again.”
