“I found the short style much better than the knickers. I use with a pad +\- tampon so im totally leak proof. As with the knickers the sizes are small i find and seem to shrink a bit on first wash so if in doubt buy a size up.”

They're so much more comfortable than dealing with pads or tampons, I've had no issues with leaking even overnight. My only regret is not buying more as you need to factor in the time it takes them to dry since they need to air dry. I'll definitely be buying more, and would recommend to anyone.”
