I honestly felt cooler andslpet better with in the first couple of days. I'm in Perth so that dry heat lingers after a hot day. This is my permanent summer sleep set now. If youre bigger in the chest buy a size up from your normal and you'll be comfy. I'll be buying a second set when they're next on sale”
