“Purchased these and the brief from modibodi because the women’s products are so great and the reviews were glowing. However, we have not found these to be nearly as effective as the women’s product and are still getting significant leakage in the bed. That’s using the extra insert. Given it said moderate to heavy incontinence, we’ve been disappointed. Glad they seem to work for others but sadly, not for us.”
