I followed the size guide and purchased some underwear. Size 8 to 10 bikini briefs fit perfectly, on the other side the hipster briefs are huge id love to add a picture so you can see the vast difference. Deliveries can take on average more than a week to arrive to the island where i live. Not to mention i then live regionally and venture into town once a week on average. Sometimes thats 2 weeks of delivery and travel. Then dealing with an email returns policy on different time zones is horrible. You cant open your product packaging without destroying the packaging voiding the returns policy which is pretty dumb considering your online presence. Your CST are horrible i have an email chain longer than what the return is worth as because they are offshore have no idea about location. I was willing to pay the freight for the return. Not that its your problem, however during this time i was infected with Influenza A and became very ill. My children stayed with there grandparents. Upon recovering i was told the returns time period was over and wont be able to refund. Very disappointing and common sense should have been applied.”
