“I have purchased probably 30 pairs over the years. I ordered 3 new pairs, same design, same size as one of the styles I currently have. Spent $89 including shipping. Once they arrived I tried a pair on over my pants and they are way smaller than my owned ones. I then laid them against my original ones and took a photo. Then I try to return them, email them. They asked me to pay for return. Another cost to me, for a product that isn’t right. They’re smaller. I was honest and said I tried them on over my underwear. First they say you pay for return and you don’t get a refund for the pair you tried on. Then she says, there’s only one photo. ? Yes I ordered 3 prs same model and size. Back and forth in emails that they take days, sometimes weeks to respond. They offer me a $67 credit and say once they’ve received the product they’ll take a look at the sizing. When I’ve spent $100 and the fault is theirs. Ambiguous time wasting emails not actually addressing the issue. I think their customer service sucks. Then I follow up with them because the credit wasn’t valid till they received the product. They don’t notify me once received so I follow up with them. Another ambiguous bs email. “I get where you’re coming from, here is your $67 credit. ” I then said I’ve paid 2 shippings already for a problem that is Modibodis. I’ve spent $100, I shouldn’t have to pay again for shipping, can you please give me a full credit. They said “I get where you’re coming from here’s your $67 credit “ I’d have to pay for a 3rd shipping to use the credit. Bonkers and blatant stealing imo. Next email “If you’d like a special code for free shipping let me know. “ What? Now I have to email again. They ripped me off, didn’t address the fact that the product isn’t the right size. I’m not buying from them again. Lousy customer service”
