“There were 2 missing items from my order. The shipping and tarriffs cost more than the items. The bot that manages cudtomer service refused to send me replacement items at their expense for shipping and tariffs. Instead they offered a refund on the sale items. If they had just absorbed the cost of their shipping oversight i would have remained a loyal customer. I was on the fence about ordering the items bc of the enormous shipping and tariff costs. And now they have made it clear which side of the fence i will stand. With a usa based competitor.”
“I was a bit wary at first using these as my periods are extremely heavy on days 2-4 and I have to say I am very impressed and saved on sanitary towels and having to change towel every hour to 2 hours. Now gonna get a couple more pairs to keep me going throughout the entire duration of my period really love them and such a comfortable fit too and stayed dry the whole time”
