“Purchased in Nov 2024. Requested an exchange as too big. I sent the item with others from the same order. Customer service claim they only received the briefs I returned. . . . I don't understand how since they were sent in the same package. Emails back and forth with no resolution in sight. Extremely disappointing. Have been purchasing for years. This experience has made sure they will never receive an order from me again. Really really poor customer service. Can't talk to anyone because everything is transacted online. BEWARE!!!”
