My mum found the briefs incredibly comfortable and reliable. The fit is secure, the fabric is soft, and it gave her full confidence throughout the day with no leaks

I'm 5'7" with a proportionally long body and these feel like they come up to my armpits. Seams are an issue, they rub and chafe. Some minor wedgie danger. Despite these issues, this style is the most workable of the modibodi range for me. Standard size 10. I tried sizes 10-14. If I could design my ideal period underwear they would be: boyleg because I have a booty and sizing up just means they're too loose and leak. Flat seams at the leg and waistband (and wider seams would also be great) so they don't dig in, rub, roll, or show under clothing. 95% cotton with 5% stretch. Super absorbency (or a range of absorbencies available). If a range is available, something on the item that's not going to wash off to indicate the absorbency level so I don't have to guess. For this price, I expected more of these requirements to be checked, so after trying about 5-6 styles in ModiBodi and finding all of them lacking, I'm off to find another company to spend my money with.

I like the period undies - they work well but they do not last long anymore. I had a pair I bought 10 years ago and they lasted 8 years but then bought some last year and they didn't even last the year. I have bought some more as I love using them more than pads but they are expensive as they only last 6months-12 months. I used and washed them exactly how they are described online. Bit disappointing as is so expensive if only last 6 periods.

Definitely worth investing in for heavy days.

I love modibodi’s classic full briefs, they’re my go to in the heavy-overnights. However the supers design is flawed. The absorbency gusset is not high enough at the front. You get full absorbency up the back, but at the front you only get 1cm clearance between the top of your vagina and the absorbency gusset ending. After the absorbency gusset it moves into a ‘water proof’ front layer. This is helpful but does not absorb any blood. Any blood flowing forward when bending down, or sleeping on your stomach pools at the front of your pelvis. This makes going to the bathroom a tactical finger painting sport. THE GUSSET NEEDS TO BE HIGHER AT THE FRONT If you’re a woman who needs full coverage look into the boyleg style in the ‘super’ range. The design is much better.
