“Unfortunately, the latest set of modibodi undies we bought have not been as absorbent and reliable as the last ones, despite the fact that I bought the heaviest absorbency I could and washed first according to the care instructions. Additionally, like all products currently on the market as far as I can see, they do not prevent leaks on the sides which is where my daughter has the most trouble. She has lost all confidence in period undies and has returned to pads with period undies underneath. The pads have wings to prevent side leaks and it's easier to see when they need changing. It's 'uncool' to be seen going to the toilet at school so she needs something that will get her through a nine hours day including bus rides. I had high hopes for these but they haven't been as hoped for.”
