“Incredibly disappointed with exchange issues. Bought wrong sizes as incredibly large sizing. Notified company immediately as purchased for Christmas. They told me they were unable to find order number and email even though I sent it in with email. Now have three pairs of brand new unusable pants my daughter cannot use untouched. Emails went back and forth, attempted again with no reply.”
“My Pre-Teen as super heavy and unpredictable periods. She has tried many other brands, they were not the right fit or she was stressing. But with the shorties and other underwear is her new fav.
