“I love my previous Modibodi items. I was excited to add to my collection. However this order was lost in delivery. The delivery company could not confirm the address it was delivered too. Modibodi did not reship and did not offer to refund. They offered a store credit but with taxes and customs being almost as much as my order it was not worth it.”
“I bought my first order over 5 years ago, boy shorts and thongs. . & I’ve used them every cycle ever since. They are great quality, super absorbent and comfortable. I would go a size up while ordering for extra comfort. I typically bring them in the shower with me to rinse them out before throwing them in the wash. 5 years later and still extremely satisfied with my purchase”
“The boyshorts are good, they fit well and get the job done. Like other period pants, they don't hold up in the dryer and I have accidentally lost 2 pairs that way. But what I am bummed about is the return policy as it's unnecessarily complicated and, given how expensive the pants are, prohibitive. Because of the return policy (or lack thereof), I will not be purchasing any more products from this brand.”
