“Purchased in Nov 2024. Requested an exchange because the item was too big, despite having bought the same brief before. It seems their sizing has become more generous. Sent back the item with others from the same order, but emails have not resolved the issue. Very disappointing, after years of purchasing. I will never order from them again due to poor customer service. Everything is done online, so it’s impossible to talk to anyone. No empathy for my situation. They went from being my favourite underwear brand to one I will avoid completely.”
