“I have a couple older pairs of ModiBodi period undies, which are great! This pair were beyond terrible. I have thick thighs and a round, full bottom and the leg openings on these undies were loose for me despite being the correct size. I went for the same size and style as I had in the past, but these did not fit nicely at all. Unfortunately, for me this meant severe leakage overnight. Even when trying to give them a second shot and wearing these undies in the day, they rode up my bum constantly, which was not only uncomfortable but also resulted in severe leakage again. When trying to discuss this with customer service it was not managed professionally (putting emojis throughout the email and love hearts at the end of the email, not calling me by my preferred name though I brought this up, not looking through past emails and repeatedly asking me to resend the same information over, amidst other issues), and I was passed between staff who offered different explanations for the issue, none of which were acceptible, in my opinion. Further onto this I could only return the unopened items for a store credit, which I didn't want as I didn't want any more products that won't keep me confident, comfortable, and contained during my period. I was seriously disappointed with the product and the customer service. I used to love ModiBodi.”
