Lola Hi Waist Brief Light Tulip Blue Tulip Blue / 36 / Light Reviews

While these undies might be good for plus size women who don't have apron bellies, they are certainly not suitable for myself, who DOES have one. The high waist slips down all the time when over the belly, and if positioned underneath, the low position of the gusset means blood just soaks into the front of the underwear instead of being absorbed into the padding. Not a great design, not absorbent.

I love the print, but unfortunately I seem to fall between sizes so these (size 40) were a little too loose for my liking.

The fabric rides up your bottom which is annoying

Really comfortable and great fit. Love that the lace edging stretches with the undies.

Material is comfortable and cute. Liked the idea of adding a new hi-waist option to my rotation - however, the sizing is unusual. The gusset is thinner than other styles (both in feel and in cm) which means its noticeable throughout the day and uncomfortable if it moves out of place. Also, the way the style is cut appears to be too high too fast in the front meaning you naturally want to sit the waist lower to fit the leg cut but then the gusset sits too far back to be effective despite being longer than other styles. As others have noted the style is also slightly looser in the band so that can also cause it to move out of the preferred position, though I think if I sized down the band would be too tight. Overall - if you want to try this style, I suggest sizing down if you're often in between two sizes. If not, and you prefer a wider gusset, I suggest trying the other hi waist options like the french cut.
