“Great feel to the fabric and good fit. As for my own preference I wish it was 1cm lower but it's not a big deal. Good absorbency and no leaks. It feels like normal underwear which is not always the case with other brands.”

I immediately tried to contact customer service to initiate a return, but despite sending multiple emails, I never received a single response. This lack of communication is unacceptable.
