“So, overall the long story short. Ordered 2 masks+500 filters. Masks were dispatched immediately, but with no filters. Reached the Support team, in one month time the situation was successfully rectified - I have got the filters and a present from the team. As for the product itself - I am using the prodcut from the very beginning of the Kickstarer campaign. The mask has four significant benefits and one drawback. Washable, doesn't rub one's ears (soft strap), affordable filters, works well when it's raining (not heavy rain, of course and not in fog). There is also one drawback - hard plastic filter frame sometimes goes out of a silicone mask (usually the top left/right corner) which can rub one's face there. Overall, much better than many competitors.”
