“The filters are not certified, may not be sold without a CE test number, no communication and a manufacturer who has no idea, the mask is too heavy to sit well. We have to wear certified masks here... so much money for trash”
“Mask quality is ok but doesn't get a great seal, plus the headband strip melted following their original sterilisation advice. Attempts to contact their support proves their customer service is terrible. Additionally I placed an order for the mask nose seal clip when it came back in stock in 15th Jan (with a 2-4 day delivery expectation) and am still waiting for it to even be dispatched. Have emailed multiple times with no response yet, very disappointing.”
“It's a good mask if it fits.
While my face is within the measurements required for this mask it leaked around my nose. It works well if you are 4' 10" and have a face to match.
Here is my assessment of the issues with this product as a consumer.
1. Too small for the average human face. This should be offered in different sizes.
2. The internal frame that holds the filter in also pushes the mask away from the face. The frame should be made of a more flexible material, have hinges, or be made of separate parts to all fit on larger or flatter faces.
3. The straps connect to the mask too, close together and too low on the mask. This creates a pivot point towards the bottom of the mask which causes the mask to tilt away from the wearer's nose. I think that if the straps connected further apart or were anchored towards the front of the mask, like on a 3M respirator it would be less likely to leak.
Overall, I think the concept is good and the build quality is good. I hope the changes are made and I would be will to give it another chance if they did so.”
“It took them five months to ship my masks, and when I asked for a return due to the delay, they said they added me to the return list. Once I asked how to start the return process, I was told they do not take returns.
They responded to two of my 15-20 emails over the course of five months and are nearly impossible to get a hold of.”
“Good idea but unusuable. Ordered some masks for my family and I and at nosepad section air comes in and out (same for all testers) which makes the masks totally useless and impossible to do any adjustments...
No one answers the questions on FB, mail or crowdfounding site.”
