Hi, Annette. When you called (two separate times) we explained that you did indeed place two separate orders two days apart. We're a small business trying to compete against some mega online marketplaces. So, we offer free shipping on all outbound shipments, but we're not able to also offer free returns. This is stated clearly in our FAQ and Returns page. To help offset this we partnered with Redo, a company that covers returns for a fee of $2.98 per order. You purchased this add-on on one of your two orders but opted against using it for your return. Please let us know if you need anything else.

“I am EXTREMELY pleased with my crate cover. The fabric is very thick and the cover is well made. One of my foster dogs was chained most of his life and he LOVES feeling safe and secure in his little cave. Just love this product!!”

“Covers crate adequately, but does not have any way of tying the crate cover down so it doesn't flop around in the wind. The snaps on the corners are also not solid enough to stay together when using the crate cover outdoors. Also, not waterproof but I wasn't expecting that.”
