Adding a darkening, yet breathable, crate cover can help to keep sunlight out of your dog's crate. All of our crate cover patterns will block sunlight, but if this is a main concern for you we suggest one of our darker colors.

“First off, I love the colour. I don't like bright colours or crazy designs, so this was perfect. It is heavy and feels well-made. I love that it rolls up on one long and one short side, and my dog loves how warm it keeps him in the winter months. Only thing I wish were different is that all four sides should roll up/down independently. It seems that one corner is a solid piece and can't be individually rolled up.”

“Very well constructed. Quality materials and workmanship. My only quip is that the corners are not light proof - some fabric overlap would make this perfect. Highly recommended!”

Hi Katie, We're sorry to hear your puppy chewed up your crate cover. We use a durable 100% cotton canvas that will stand up to years of normal dog use, but those puppy teeth are extra sharp. While our crate covers aren't meant to be chew proof, we understand it's not a good feeling that your pup was able to damage it so soon after its first use. “Great crate cover. Heavy cotton duck fabric. Well made. Nice the way the two sides fasten up. Makes an ugly crate look pretty acceptable in my small house. I’d buy this again if needed.”
