“Though I ordered the lonesome dove collar, I received the angle of repose collar instead. I connect with customer service, and was told that while I still should have received a notification of the substitution, I received the the angle of repose collar as the size in the lonesome dove collar was no longer available. As usual, customer service was great and they offered to send us complimentary collar as an apology for the confusion. So I can't speak to the lonesome dove collar, but I love the other collars we've gotten and I can't speak highly enough of the customer service.”
