Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have asked our USPS rep to put a trace on your package. Rest assured, if the package is lost we will reship your order. You have every right to be upset and post this review. However, we take issue with you saying, "they ignored my email." We replied the next day with your tracking information and this reply is also a day later. We would appreciate it if you would update your review text to accurately reflect what occurred. We hope to have an update for you shorty.
