“Entire purpose of getting a cover was to PROTECT my very expensive purple dog mattress. The ad stated it was waterproof. For the 79 dollar price tag...you would think it would be. I could have just wrapped it in a garbage bag and save the time and money. Now the entire mattress is ruined because it was NOT WATERPROOF or leak proof. Every drop of urine went straight to the mattress. Very disappointing after having paid such a high price for a CUSTOM COVER.”

hi Hector, we're really sorry to hear about that! i checked the details of your custom order and i don't see any notes about a waterproof or water-resistant cover. there is also no mention of a protective liner, just a cover. please contact us at help@mollymutt.com so we can see where the disconnect occurred and how we can best fix this issue.
