“My beloved Java was a lot bigger than Lotta, and the bed was really in the way. I cut the foam down to fit the Molly Mutt cover and liner, and had no problem stuffing it. It is well-made and came in a jiffy. I'm quite happy.”

“I like the cover. It seems well built. Although after two washes it is noticeably duller compared to a new one. So the color fades fast.”

Thank you very much for your review. Our products should definitely not fade, even after dozens of washes. Please check the detergent that you are using to see if by chance it contains ‘optical brighteners’ or similar additives that tout making items bright and more colorful. ‘Optical Brighteners’ actually achieve the claim of improving color saturation by putting a blue tint on top of the natural color of the textiles. For our 100% cotton canvas products with our azo-free true reactive dye that has the effect of ‘dulling’ out the colors. You can read more in our FAQ section. Try washing without the detergent a couple of times to see if the effect can be reversed.

“I ordered this bed and the mesh bag that goes with it. I completely stuffed the mesh bag and once I put it in the cover, the cover was still loose. My dog only choose loose fabric so within 24 hours there was a hole in it. If it was taught, this wouldn’t have happened, but the two pieces that go together clearly don’t even fit. I reached out to customer service and they take days to even answer and my issue still hasn’t been resolved that these don’t even fit together. Would not recommend, don’t waste your money.”

“Love this fabric, print, and the quality! The zipper is now on the long side of the duvet which makes it even easier to stuff or remove and wash. Glad to know Molly Mutt!”
