“The bed was nice. My pup used it for about a year on/off. Problem came with washing the cover. Washed gently in the washer. Hung to dry. Zipper is a total fail. They will fix it, if I ship it back on my dime and pay for fix. Wouldn't need a fix if they used a better quality zipper from the start. The cheap nylon zipper seems destined to fail. If you're okay with a short-lived product it's great. I'm now searching for the next bed to try.”

“I was unsure about ordering this bed, but the cover is super durable. I'm expecting it to outlast the old pup. Definitely major increase from the "tough" beds I had ordered online before.”
