“Love everything about your covers except that the zippers are fragile and not covered. Ordered this replacement because we noticed the last zipper fell off in the laundry. This cover was an easy challenge for our 1 year old Shiba Inu who some how got the zipper off. So not happy that there is easy access to the zipper. Recommend you have a flap that covers over the zipper or use Velcro to close the bed covers. Everything else about these covers is on point. I like the designs, material, colors and sizes. The insert pouch is a phenomenal idea and we love it but the zipper issue is killing me.”

Hi Rodney, Thank you very much for contacting us. There is a fabric cover that we sew to protect the zipper - sorry that it didn't work in your case. If you'd like you are welcome to send the cover back to us (wash it first, please) and we'll do a no cost repair and also ship it back to you for no charge.
