“I ordered 2 dog bed covers with embroidery but mistakenly only paid for one to be embroidered. When I received my order there was a handwritten note saying, “You needed to pay for two embroideries but you only paid for one. But, I’m feeling generous today so I did both.” I was blown away. I have been so impressed with the products and service from this company. This is the only dog cover that I have found that fits my dog’s bed and it is excellent quality. My dog likes to scratch his bed constantly and after awhile he puts holes in the fabric so I have to replace them frequently. The Molly Mutt bed cover is great!”
