“I love these robes! I ordered a couple with personalization on them and they turned out great... however I wish you had more color choices for the embroidery thread than just black. I would have loved to order a white robe with light blue thread. Or a navy blue robe with white thread. The black thread just doesn't show up on the darker colored robes.”
“I purchased 3 robes for my grandchildren. The monogramming was just okay. One robe had navy initials which I thought needed more layers of thread and it looked cheap. The other two were pink robes with white cursive names on them. The white looked more like light pink to me so I sent a picture to the company and they replaced them immediately! The replacements didn’t look much better so we will just live with it. Robe quality was great so if I order again I’m getting them monogrammed locally . Excellent customer service.”
