“I ordered the watch. It came didn’t work and I returned it they sent a second watch it didn’t work. So I took it to my jeweler and the battery was dead. I will be sending to customer service a request for the battery and repair I paid.”

“I received the watch over 2 weeks ago and noticed that it wasn’t working. Since this was purchased as a gift, I wanted to reach out right away so I contacted Mondaine through text message, also email and even left a message on their phone. It’s been over 2 weeks and no one has contacted me about this issue! I’ve texted Mondaine and get a generic bot response that says “Thank you for the details, and I'm sorry to hear that! I have passed this on to my team and I will get back as soon as I hear from them.” I don’t know why it is so difficult to address the issue. I can’t even get through to customer service on the phone. I’m very disappointed in my purchase especially since I received a non-working watch and no one has returned my call or email!”
