First time, I got the wrong size strap and couldn’t return it within the 15 day time frame (ordered in the US and brought to me in Bahrain). I contacted the customer service - ZERO response. ALSO my watch’s battery died and the closets service center to me just doesn’t respond. Dismal service.”
