Yesterday, August 18, I registered the watch and just now initiated a return.
Ha! I was informed the window for returns closed yesterday, August 18.
It is a beautiful watch and I hoped wearing it would remind be of my travels in Switzerland.
Instead, I am left with a useless item from a company that looks to be viable and trustworthy but is neither.
I will never purchase a watch from Mondaine again and will warn others not to do so.”
