“Love the watch however, very disappointed in customer service. I have written several times requesting that I want to purchase different colored bands such as the silver mesh and the red one. I never receive any replies.
I do not like the fact that you do not have a customer service number.
I also find you’re web page confusing.
A few weeks after I purchased my watch you came out with the backlight and the watch bans that I really wanted in the size that I wanted, so as far as that goes I am a little disappointed.
Hopefully someone one will see and read this reply unlike all the other ones I have sent.”
