“The device works fine but I frequently have to test 2-4 times before a test will upload successfully. The issue started after a month or so. I believe it is an issue with their iOS app and they will be able to resolve it but it can be frustrating.”

Pros: The breathalyzer is compact and discrete, I can carry it with my easily in a pocket or purse. Scheduled reminders are nice to receive and keep me from forgetting to do a test, the app is easy to use and generate reports. The device and app are reliable.
Cons: Customer service doesn't respond to emails or chat requests. I've reached out twice for different reasons and never received a reply-- I wonder is there is a customer service team? Only able to access reports and test results from the app. The decision maker in my custody case wants to access the results via desktop, not the app. It would be nice to view results on the desktop site.
Overall, I am satisfied with BACtrack and I am able to comply with the custody case in a manner that works well for me. There are some things that could be improved, but I would recommend this service for those who need to monitor their sobriety from alcohol.”
