“The VERY first day I used the BACtrack, I was going to pick up my daughter for the first time in nearly a year. I put in in the center console of my car. There was a can of old spice body spray in there. When I got to the daycare and had to use the BACtrack, it registered a .038. I wiped it off. Test was lower. Hadn't been drinking at all, but it was coming up positive. 20 minutes later, 0.00. Now, I'm no scientist, but the human body doesn't metabolize alcohol that quickly. Using this device has cost me hundreds of $, plus attorneys fees and led to nothing but heartache for myself and my family. Imagine trying to push your 2 year old on a swing, but then having to stop to take a breathalyzer and then explain to her what you're doing.
