“Very frequently their servers go down and unables to submit the test results in timely manner so it looks like you missed your "window" to do the test.
Also, if you're fasting or haven't eaten in awhile, it will show some "BAC" when in reality it should show 0.”
“This product is great. I have been using it for about 110 days now with checks scheduled for 3 times a day. 95% it has worked flawlessly. On occasionally (5%), text messages to access the scheduled tests are not received. You cannot take your scheduled test without this text message. I feel this is a flaw in the UI. This has caused a few missed tests. Luckily I'm only self monitoring, but it should be noted for other users.”
“I use this for my husband to know I'm sober. The monitoring app and breathalyzer machine works well. Was sent a second breathalyzer and it's definitely really expensive. I have not been successful in cancelling this subscription.”
