“The breathalyzer and app are very straight forward, and I've bever had any difficulty whatsoever with the unit. The plans are reasonably priced, especially once you look at SoberLink as a competitor and a much higher price point.
The one thing I would challenge BACTrack to do is enhance the application and account portal online. They're both fine, but I believe some simple reports, informational subpages, etc., it just feels a little thin and has potential.
But the point is the unit itself and the measurement, and in that aspect it works extremely well.”
“Overall, in comparison to the other ones on the market, this is the most affordable and very quick and easy to use. My only complaint, is that it is super sensitive, and I would blow positive after having absolutely no alcohol. So you have to make sure you have not drank or eaten anything at least 30 min prior. Even household products you breathe in, can cause a positive. Other than that, I loved the products size and portability and ease of use.”
