The product works great and is easy to charge. I like the ease of use of the app and being able to have records for my current situation.

I found out about this product through divorce proceedings. After doing my research, I found BACtrack. Other services require paying a substantial amount of money for their unit/product. BACtrack was a free unit with subscription and downloading the app. This product is no joke. It will read you into the thousands of a percent. An eye opening experience. Now, I'm back on track thanks to BACtrack. Grateful.

My brother was on a downhill run about to hit rock bottom. The BacTrack view allows me to see him take the test. No more lying, no more drunken episodes causing family problems, DWIs, or being kicked out of do tor's practices.

I was originally ordered SoberLink and found BACtrack, my court approved and this device and monitoring has been noon only cost effective but proved my innocence in family court along with while I rightfully had no reason to have to do so this has shown not only that I do not drink but that ai have been falsely accused of alcoholism. My children and I thank you!

I use it it in the morning and evening and text the results to my wife and my 4 adult kids. I have relapsed every few weeks for the past year and using the BACtrack has given my wife and kids peace of mind. They are very supportive and invested in my recovery and worry incessantly about me. Using the BACtrack religuously gives me a goal to shoot for every 12 hours and keeps my family from worrying needlessly. It has been a huge benefit to our ability to stay in touch and communicate about my sobriety,

I've been using this for 3 months per court orders. It's worked well, the only complaint I have is there was 1 time it blew positive. I was at work surrounded by coworkers, I hadn't had anything to drink in months at that point. I went to a lab and blew in their breathalyzer and blew 0.00 and immediately took mine in front of them and blew 0.05 or something of the sort. I haven't had any issues besides that day. The only thing I would change is the app I have, i'd like for it to have a battery indicator on it as well.

I was sober for 6 months before being court ordered for child custody to purchase this product for alcohol monitoring. I have now been sober for 2 years. And while this product hasn't helped me keep my sobriety (because I've done that on my own) I am very glad to have physical, actual proof of sobriety to turn into the court system because the first 6 months on my own evidently wasn't enough for them. I take a test 3x a day every day and in the year and a half that I've used it (over 1500 tests) the app has only been down once. Which is a pretty amazing thing considering how many tests I've done. There are some minor things I would change if I could. But they are very minor. I strive to give accurate and honest reviews in anything I review and these are some things I'd would've like to have known. 1. Sometimes it's hard to be in a place that has 100% signal especially near where I live and if WiFi is down then it's hard to upload tests. So if a test could be saved with that time stamp, even in low signal areas, to then be uploaded when I reach a place with signal would be an amazing feature. 2. The video starts recording the test even before your face shows up on the screen and it can be a little invasive if you're not fully prepared for that. I'd change to have the video start recording when you start blowing in the breathalyzer not before. 3. Requiring location services turned on/off through the monitor function for a test to even be taken is a little invasive as well. I feel like testers should have the option to turn off their location before taking tests. Even with these 3 things I would still recommend this product to anyone. This review is coming from someone who is a bit bitter and didn't even want to have to purchase this product because I had already achieved sobriety on my own. So even though I'm not happy about having to purchase this subscription, I am happy with the way this monitoring system works. And would recommend it to anyone.
