“The product has been very useful and is helping my brother with his recovery. The ability to monitor, have random tests and not have to ask to breathalyze is VERY effective (at least in our case).
The scheduling of testing is easy, but difficult to manage (change / modify).
We have had several random, unscheduled tests that we couldn't explain. Not a big deal, just weird.
Also, and potentially the most problematic is the breathalyzer on button stopped functioning after just a little over 3 months.
I recently placed a request to have another one sent to me. I hope this will be at no cost as the device wasn't damaged or abused in any way.
Overall, the program has been exactly what we were looking for. I do feel it is somewhat expensive. We are currently using the prepaid plan which seems to be the most cost effective.
