“I love this unit. It is the best way to re-achieve family trust. I do not have a monitoring requirement and all the others types of units are less useful. They are designed for you just to not drink and drive. You can still cheat just not cheat and drive. This helps to keep you honest and to demonstrate it family. Customer service is pretty good too. The other device that I used, Intoxilock was an interlock device. Very intrusive and the customer service was horrible.”
“I use the product 3X's a day and it's small and decently fast. I have to take it to prove to the court I'm not drinking. My only concern about the product is I once misplaced the breath insert and my bac trac wouldn't give me results. This is crucial because if I miss just 1 test no matter what the courts will crucify my and I'll never see my kids so to me that's extremely important.”
“It works! Very sneaky and lame that the lower subscription is not enough to cover court mandated daily use (30 days but not 31). I don't think the price is reflective of the service being provided. It could definitely be $30 a month. My issue is not with the product at all, but rather with the corruption in the system that allows someone to make false accusations resulting in this monthly financial burden being pushed onto them. It should be mandatory that BOTH parties in a civil case be required to use this device when one has to. My wife, the alcoholic, is out drinking the whole time I am blowing into this thing, just because she accused me and was friends with the police…”
