“This product is a fantastic idea but the price points and poor technical updates of the app make this product terrible. The company is not responsive to customer care requests. The app is poorly designed and updated. The company is obviously a hardware manufacturer and not an app writer. I used the product for over a year and cancelled my subscription because of these issues. I would NOT recommend this product.”

(we are so proud of him) Soon, however we will have the difficult decision about giving up our subscription because $99 a month hits our budget pretty hard. My wife and are both retired, but have been using our credit card to pay for BACtrack. It would be nice if there was a reduced cost monthly plan for folks that want to continue using BACtrack over a long term. Thanks so much for a wonderful solution to one of life's toughest issues.”
