“It’s great, easy to use, and more affordable than other court appointed breathalyzer devices. The device is small and fits in my pocket so I can carry it on the go. Just make sure to change the filters regularly and if the device has a battery malfunction reach out to bactrack support for a quick replacement through the mail.”
“Great option if you are required to do continuous random monitoring. Would love it if the app gave alerts to Apple Watch or had an app for it on the watch that did more frequent alerts that are hard to miss. I missed a test while taking a nap and missed the text messages. Also, it would help if the tests got saved on the phone when you don’t have good internet connection. I work in rural areas out in the country sometimes and if there is not a connection, it doesn’t register that I did a test. I heard other options do that.”
“Every time I’ve needed help and or any questions they were always readily available, and dependable. Compared to other services out there that charge more monthly and for hardware, this is of great value and customer service wasn’t lacking!”
“Yeah, it’s a drag to be required to use it. Haha.
But it works REALLY well, using my iPhone. The battery has lasted two months without a charge, being used every other weekend when I have the kids.
I just recharged it because I didn’t want it to die when I was away from a charger.
The app links up really quickly, takes an easy sample, and tucks back into your pocket.
I had a dumb day and the judge said 6 months of this, so it is what it is. This makes it pretty painless.”
“It's strong and accurate. Even picks up environmental smells. If you're the user you have to make you're careful and be aware of your surroundings and make sure you're sober.”
