“The view was much more reliable and accurate than any other type of device I had used previously. The small size of the device also made it convenient to carry with me as well as discreet when in public.”
“I needed this app for a court ordered protector order for my ex-spouse. The app works well from the viewers stand point but the user has complained of it lagging, crashing and kicking him out.
It does seem to be very sensitive to outside factors like eating before testing, hand sanitizer fumes in the area near tester and other things.
Follow directions closely and you should be fine.”
“Had the unit for about 5 months now. Has good battery life and is easy enough to use as long as it isn't acting up. Have issues with what I assume is an app issue that causes it to tell me my sign in signature is expired. After awhile it begins to work again. Unit will give false negatives pretty easily. My Ventolin inhaler can't be used prior to testing and I discovered that it will show .010 if I'm in my new work car but not sure why. Maybe a chemical residue from the manufacturing process. If it reads any trace of something in the air even as low as .010, you can blow again in a minute to get a zero, but the app still shows a red fail for that blow so it will lead your connected accountability persons to believe you've been drinking. I don't drink at all, so the false positives are annoying and I have very bad and vindictive people causing further issues because of them.”
